Q. Once children start school, teachers have more influence than parents on their intellectual and social development.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is often thought that teachers have a greater influence on a child's academic and cognitive development skills than parents. I agree that the role of a mentor is important in improving the academic and social skills of a child to a large extent. At the same time, the role of parents also cannot be ignored.

The well-trained school teachers help minors improve their knowledge and communication skills. They guide the student day to day by providing information and encouraging him to interact with his classmates. They involve them in various academic and extra-curricular activities such as quizzes, competitions, and school events which enable students to acquire knowledge and develop interpersonal skills. Their interaction with the trainee will help them understand their abilities and guide them accordingly. A supportive environment also helps the child quickly absorb and demonstrate his knowledge. For example, we have seen many students develop good speaking skills after school. The tutor's approach influences the child's development in terms of book knowledge and his ability to communicate with others.

On the other hand, the influence of the father and mother on their offspring should also be taken into account. They are the first mentors right from the birth of the baby. They talk, discuss, and explain different areas of life in general and the need for good conversation skills and the development of these skills. They informally guide and motivate them to interact with people, encourage them for every participation and achievement, prepare them to overcome failures and help them become stepping stones.

To conclude, I believe that teachers play a key role in developing children's intelligence and social skills, but parents can also contribute to this to some extent.
