Q. World would be a better place if women own the leadership. Do you agree or disagree with statement?

Some believe that male leaders are responsible for the aggression and constant tension between countries, while others think that if women were elevated to higher positions, we would have a more peaceful society. Personally, I disagree with the point of view that only women can lead a team without any illegal actions. Indeed, under the leadership of women there have been many wars of fear with painful consequences.

Unluckily, it is absurd to argue that a female leadership model will make the world more peaceful. By this I mean that history shows that women leaders can also make the belligerent decisions that men make, despite repressive conditions and provocative actions. For instance, Queen Victoria, after becoming Queen of the United Kingdom, also invaded India, China and many other countries in a row. In fact, this is a clear sign that a woman leader cannot guarantee a peaceful society.

Moreover, conflicts often arise due to inability or poor leadership qualities to manage their management. This means that the failure of leaders, regardless of gender, causes many problems, leading to people's dissatisfaction and a decrease in the level of public confidence in government, which can lead to chaos, clashes and conflicts. For example, many countries such as India, Pakistan and Bangladesh were ruled by women leaders, and yet violence and conflict increased during their time. Furthermore, women cannot prioritize their feminine feelings when making policy. In other words, a leader, either male or female, needs to act according to the situation to bridge the gap between the genders.

To conclude, a country's ability to avoid and prevent conflict and violence depends on the ability of leaders to govern the country. In my humble opinion, it is unreasonable to say that men with their masculinity bring violence, and women with their femininity can bring peace to people.
