Q. The Plan A below shows a health center in 2005. Plan B shows the same location at the current time. To summarize the information by selecting and reporting key characteristics and comparing where appropriate.

The map illustrate the health centre was going to be built in 2005 and how looks like in the present day.

In 2005, the entrance was located in the front, where there was space for twelve cars in the car park. From the main entrance, there were a few seats on the side of the hallway, where customers could wait for consultations. At the end of the hallway, there was a reception desk for registering customers. Furthermore, an office and a consultation room number three were located to the left of the reception desk, and two more consultation rooms were located to its right. Finally, a physiotherapy room was built behind the desk in the health centre.

At the present time, the layout of the center has been modified. The main entrance is now located in the center left corner with a reception desk and an area for children to play. Meanwhile, there is a large common area in the middle of the health center for customers to have seats along the wall. A new consultation room was added and the health center can perform minor operations as they have a dedicated operation room next to the office and just beside the physiotherapy room. In the end, the size of the car park increased twice with 30 spaces. Redevelopment of fencing in accordance with the new parking and garden areas.

Overall, there have been major changes in the health centre over the given period of tenure. The centre has clearly been enlarged and its layout has also been redesigned to meet needs.
